Chefs Tip: Try making a warm chicken wrap with goats cheese and sweet chilli sauce. When you heat the chillies you get a wonderful sweet heat lingering on your taste buds. |
Smokey BBQ (Gluten Free) | 1 ltr squeezy | A very versatile sauce come marinade. Ideal for marinating chicken pieces a few hours before cooking. Lovely as a condiment sauce for burgers. Chefs Tip: Try it with room temperature cheddar cheese and crackers. Lovely. |
Coriander & Chilli (Gluten Free) | 1 ltr squeezy | This is a have to try as a marinade for a slow cooked spatch- cock chicken. It's delicious. It's ideal for pork ribs also. Chefs Tip: Pour liberally over a skin off shoulder of pork and allow to marinate for a couple of hours before slow cooking in a sealed cooking bag for 3 to 4 hours. Pour off juices and pull apart or shred meat. Mix back in the juices and heat and serve. Pulled pork par-exellence. Enjoy. |
Brown Sauce (Gluten Free) | 1 ltr squeezy | The ideal accompaniment for cold cuts and sandwiches. Chef's Tip: Try it with your bacon and cabbage. You'll like it. |
Spicy Tomato & Pepper (Gluten Free) 1 ltr squeezy A most versatile marinade. A prize winner on rib eye steaks but fantastic as a stir fry sauce for chicken or steak. Simply marinate chicken wings, thighs or drums for 3 to 4 hours. Bake in the oven and finish on the barbeque of under the grill for a delicious treat. | 1 ltr squeezy | A most versatile marinade. BBQ Steak | 1 ltr squeezy | As the name suggests this marinade is for steak. You can either brush on during cooking or marinate overnight or some people do a bit of both and baste as they are cooking. Either way it delivers a beautiful flavor to a succulent steak. The ideal marinade for those BBQ steak days when we get them. A classic. Chefs Tip: Another good option for that slow cooked shoulder of pork. |
Spare Rib | 1 ltr squeezy | It's wonderful with either pork or beef ribs. The trick is to cook them covered at a low temperature for a long time continually basting. When they are finished uncover them and either crisp them up a little in the oven or on the BBQ. Tasty Treat. Chefs Tip: Par boil the ribs in lightly salted boiling water with a few whole black peppers and a bay leaf for 10 minutes. Allow to stand and cool. Then apply the spare rib marinade liberally and continue as above. Well worth the effort. |

Delivers a beautiful pulled pork when used liberally on a shoulder of pork and cooked low and slow. For extra flavor, use in combination with our Marinade Me Chinese Glaze. Delicious. Chef's Tip: If you want to put a little signature note into your spaghetti bolognese or shepherds pie add a couple of tablespoons of this. A lovely finish. |
