They are packed in either bulk packaging or in portion controlled packs delivering uniform flavour every time. We hope you enjoy our seasonings. Gluten Free Beef Burger | 8.0 kg; 250g | Add 150 g ice water to 4.5 kg of good quality beef trim and mince. Mix in 250 g of premium beef burger seasoning until uniform and mince again. Form into burgers and allow to season. |
Gluten Free Meatball Seasoning | 8.0 kg; 285g | Add 110 g ice water to 4.15 kg of good quality beef trim and mince. Mix in 285 g of gluten free meatball seasoning until uniform and mince again. Form into golf ball size meatballs and allow to season. Optional: Roll meatballs in our gluten free Italian glaze and serve with our gluten free Italian Herb & Tomato sauce. Turkey / Chicken Burger | 3.0 kg; 220g | Mince through 4.2 kg of turkey or whole chicken. Blend in 100 g of Spice O' Life Sweet Chilli Sauce and 220 g of seasoning. Form into balls and allow stand overnight. Press into burgers the following morning to prevent having sticky burgers. |
High Protein Beef Burger Seasoning | 3.5 kg; 170g | Add 120 g ice water to 4.5 kg of good quality 95VL beef trim and mince. Mix in 170 g of HIgh Protein beef burger seasoning until uniform and mince again. Form into burgers and allow to season. |
Stroganoff Burger Seasoning | 3.5 kg; 213g | Mince 4.1 kg of 90 -95 VL beef. Blend in 227 g of Spice O'Life Sweet Chilli Sauce and 213 g of Stroganoff Seasoning evenly and mince through the second time. Form into burgers and allow to season. Enjoy. |
