Flavored Crumb Toppings
Our range of flavored crumb toppings are ideal for fish or for topping off seafood pies and dishes.
When using as a crumb for fillets, lightly coat the fish with olive oil and then dredge in the crumb pressing the crumb home to guarantee good adhesion.
Bake in the oven or shallow fry.
